This Refund Policy applies to all payments made on Vacancy.ng, a career development and employment platform owned and operated by PanAfrica IT Solutions. By subscribing to our services, you agree to this Refund Policy.

2. Nature of Service

Vacancy.ng is a career development and employment platform that provides users with:

  • Access to job opportunities
  • Career development tools
  • Learning resources and certifications
  • Employer and recruiter connections

Payments made on Vacancy.ng are for access to services, not for guaranteed employment or hiring outcomes.

3. Subscription Fees

All subscription fees paid for:

  • Basic Access (₦1,995/year)
  • Premium Access (₦4,995/year)
  • Employer access (where applicable)

are considered service access fees.

4. Subscription Activation & Service Access

Once payment is successfully completed, your subscription is activated immediately, and you are granted access to Vacancy.ng services, including but not limited to:

  • Access to Learning Management System (LMS) and professional courses
  • Ability to apply for job opportunities across the platform
  • Access to curated and verified job listings
  • Creation and visibility of your professional profile
  • Access to career development tools (including CV review, coaching, and professional guidance where applicable)
  • Participation in referral and reward programs
  • Exposure to employers and recruiters actively searching for candidates

5. Refund Policy

General Rule: No Refunds

All payments made on Vacancy.ng are non-refundable once the subscription is activated.

This includes cases where:

  • A user does not secure a job
  • A user chooses not to use the platform
  • A user is dissatisfied with job availability
  • An employer does not find a suitable candidate
  • A user fails to utilize available learning or career tools

6. Why Payments Are Non-Refundable

Due to the nature of our services, which provide instant digital access and value upon activation, all payments are non-refundable.

Once access is granted, users immediately benefit from:

  • Learning and certification opportunities (LMS access)
  • Job application capabilities
  • Career development resources
  • Platform visibility to employers

As a result, the service is considered fully delivered upon activation, regardless of individual usage.

Vacancy.ng does not charge for employment guarantees but for access to tools, opportunities, and career development resources.

7. Exceptional Cases

Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payments
  • Technical errors resulting in multiple charges
  • Unauthorized transactions (subject to verification)

All such requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

8. Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel their subscription at any time. However:

  • Cancellation does not entitle the user to a refund
  • Access will continue until the end of the subscription period

9. Employer Payments

Employers who pay for:

  • Candidate search access
  • Recruitment tools

are also subject to this Refund Policy.

No refunds will be issued based on hiring outcomes or candidate availability.

10. Abuse & Fraud

Vacancy.ng reserves the right to:

  • Suspend accounts
  • Deny refund requests

where there is evidence of:

  • Fraudulent activity
  • Abuse of the platform
  • Violation of Terms & Conditions

11. Payment Disputes

Users agree not to initiate chargebacks without first contacting Vacancy.ng.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

  • Account suspension
  • Permanent restriction from the platform
